While the bungalows seemed decently maintained, I was shocked there were no hand rails on steps was good. The QR code menus were a complete mess, especially for those who don't carry a smartphone. I expected some sort of complimentary treat after these inconveniences, but that was obviously too much to ask for.

There were a sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The helpful and polite staff provided all the necessary info. The hotel was in a magnificent and absolutely perfect location, in the middle of the city

the staff is helpful and polite. the ambiance is quiet. the bungalow overlooks garden and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

The outdoor area near the Africa lodges is fantastic, and the selection of pools kept the kids entertained throughout our 6-night stay. We loved having access to various shops right on site, which had a good range of products. The layout made it easy to explore the resort, and we also enjoyed the train service that got us around quickly. navigating the QR code menus at the restaurants was a bit difficult for my parents. it was a fun getaway for our family, especially with easy access to local attractions like PortAventura which is not too far away.

The resort features a fantastic kids' club that kept our little ones entertained, allowing my partner and me to relax a bit. We really enjoyed the multiple pools, and the nearby shops were well-stocked with everything we needed .
